Dr. Anthony Ioannidis is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Department of Business Administration, Athens University of Economics and Business, Greece. He has previously taught at the University of Patras, Greece, University of La Verne California, and Baruch College – City University of New York. He holds a B.S. from the University of Athens, Greece, and, an M.B.A., an M.Phil., and a Ph.D. from Baruch College – City University of New York. Dr. Ioannidis also possesses working experience as management consultant with leading consultancy firms in the United States and Greece, in the areas Telecommunications, Media and Technology. His current research interests include strategy formation, organizational design, public-private partnerships and entrepreneurship.

STYLIANI N. SPILIOTI

Styliani N. Spilioti is Assistant Professor of Accounting at the Department of Organization and Business Administration at the Athens University of Economics and Business. She has a Degree in Business Administration from the Department of Organization and Business Administration of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). She completed her postgraduate studies at the MSc level at Brunel University in London, where she obtained a Master’s degree in Finance.

PANAGIOTIS SARANTOPOULOS

Panagiotis (Panos) Sarantopoulos is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Department of Organization and Business Administration of the Athens University of Economics and Business. He has been an Assistant Professor (Lecturer) of Marketing at the Alliance Manchester Business School of the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom. His main research interests focus on the application of Marketing Research and Analytics in Digital Marketing, Retailing and Pricing of Products and Services. He is also exploring consumer reactions towards innovative applications of Artificial Intelligence in Marketing environments. His research papers have been published in world-leading scientific journals of Marketing and Information Systems such as the Journal of Marketing Research, the Journal of Business Research, and the International Journal of Electronic Commerce while receiving prestigious recognition such as Conference awards and funding from multinational companies. He has been awarded for his teaching performance from the University of Manchester. At the Athens University of Economics, he teaches Principles of Marketing, Strategic E-Marketing, and Analytical Marketing at undergraduate and graduate levels.

KATERINA VASSILIKOPOULOU
Assistant Professor
Katerina Vassilikopoulou received her PhD in Marketing from the Athens University of Economics and Business. She also holds an MSc in Economic Psychology from the University of Exeter and an MBA from AUEB. In addition, she has completed the Certificate in Pedagogy and Teaching from the School of Pedagogical and Technological Education. Her research interests focus on consumer behavior with an emphasis on the consumer of services, as well as on the area of negative customer experience.
